Our reviving 70 minute firm, full-body muscle massage targets knots and tension to leave you feeling ship shape from top to toe. Let us whisk you away from the mundane toward shores of relaxation and rejuvenation in our ship’s cabin-inspired treatment room.
This treatment features:-Tailored consultation led by a qualified massage therapist
-70 minutes full-body massage using trigger pointing-the technique of applying pressure to one pinpointed area of a tight muscle in order to relieve it
-For those with stubborn, deep knots, your therapist will use cold therapy to manipulate and relieve tension using mint and eucalyptus jelly discs
-Effective firm-pressure massage techniques
-Tailored blend of essential oils and black tea
-Modesty Level 3: Down to your underwear, nestled beneath a cosy towel.
-Bespoke music by Lush Fresh Handmade Sound including an orchestra and Petrel bird calls recorded live from the sea.
What to expect on the Day?As you step into our serene Lush spa, you’ll be warmly greeted by your therapist, who’ll take you through a detailed consultation to locate your main points of tension. Choose from a range of massage bars, each with their own unique essential oil blend, then lay back while we get to work using effective massage techniques, including trigger pointing. Unwind to a bespoke soundtrack created by Lush Fresh Handmade Sound-while we’re untying knots and releasing tension, the accompanying soundtrack reworks sea shanties into soothing lullabies that take you on a nighttime voyage atop calm seas and below clear skies.
This treatment is suitable for pregnant clients during their 2nd and 3rd trimester, with some adjustments.
